This comprehensive package is designed to prepare families emotionally, physically, and practically for childbirth and the immediate postpartum period.

A) Prenatal & Postpartum Education Series:

1 — Understanding Pregnancy & Preparing for Birth

Foundations of labour physiology, mindset, expectations, and preparing your support system.

2 — Stages of Labour & What to Expect

Early labour, active labour, transition, and how to recognize labour patterns.

3 — Comfort Measures & Coping Strategies, Medicated & Unmedicated Birth

Breathing, positioning, movement, hydrotherapy, partner support, and pain‑coping tools.

4 — Medical Interventions & Informed Decision‑Making

Induction, augmentation, epidurals, monitoring, and how to advocate for your preferences.

5 — Creating a Birth Plan & Communicating with Your Care Team

Values‑based planning, communication strategies, and preparing for variations in birth.

6 — Immediate Postpartum & The First 72 Hours

What happens right after birth, newborn transition, skin‑to‑skin, and early feeding cues

7 — Breastfeeding Foundations & How to Know if Your Baby is Getting Enough

Latching, positioning, milk supply, normal feeding patterns, and troubleshooting early challenges.

8 — Pumping, Bottle Feeding & Supplementation Options

Pumping basics, paced bottle feeding, storage, and integrating feeding methods safely.

9 — Newborn Behaviour & Baby Cues

Understanding hunger cues, sleep cues, overstimulation, and normal newborn patterns.

10 — Newborn‑Care Essentials & When to See the Doctor

Bathing, diapering, cord care, safe sleep, soothing techniques, daily routines, vaccination

11 — Parental Recovery & Mental Health After Birth

Physical recovery, emotional changes, baby blues vs. postpartum mood concerns, and when to seek help.

12 — Building Secure Attachment with Your Baby

Responsive caregiving, bonding, co‑regulation, and supporting infant emotional development.

13 — Partner Roles & Strengthening the Family Unit

Shared responsibilities, communication, teamwork, and supporting each other through transition.

14 — Postpartum Planning & Contraception After Birth

Creating a postpartum plan, support systems, RN‑led contraception education, and preparing for the first 6 weeks.

B) Postpartum Visits

  • 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, for the 1st and 2nd week
  • 6 hrs/day for the 3rd and 4th week
  • 4 hrs/day for the 5th and 6th week
