This 18-hour live virtual training prepares you to confidently teach childbirth education in a variety of settings — including private practice, community agencies, healthcare settings, and programs serving newcomers and refugee families.
Parents Coach Network is proud to offer this training in partnership with CAPPA (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association), with an approach grounded in evidence-based education, trauma-informed care, and cultural humility.
CAPPA is an internationally respected organization providing professional education and certification for birth and postpartum professionals.
The CAPPA Childbirth Educator Training equips participants with both content knowledge and teaching methodology, so you learn not only what to teach, but how to teach effectively, ethically, and inclusively.
